HIV is a virus that damages a person's immune system, the body's defense against disease. A

Initial signs and symptoms
There are no immediate signs or symptoms after infection. Research has shown that after a few
weeks some people experience flu-like symptoms, but these symptoms usually go undiagnosed. The only way to know if you are HIV-positive is to have a test.
Testing
The HIV test looks for HIV antibodies in the blood. It normally takes three months for antibodies to develop, so if you have a test soon after possible infection, the result may be inaccurate. You'll need to be tested again after three months to get a
definite result.
. The test is available from your GP or from any genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic. GUM clinics are usually found within a hospital and are completely confidential - your GP won't be informed without your consent. You can also go anonymously. A trained counselor will explain the test procedure and discuss possible results. You normally have to wait one week for a result.
Treatment
There's no cure for HIV, but there are a number of drugs that can help prevent someone who's HIVpositive becoming ill with AIDS.
Treatment consists of taking several drugs every day, which is known as combination therapy. These drugs aren't a cure for HIV infection but they can increase enormously the life expectancy of someone with HIV. If the drugs aren't taken correctly, the treatment will stop being so effective and the person may become ill.
Research continues around the world to develop a HIV vaccine. Great progress is being made,
although it's likely to be a number of years before such a treatment are widely available.

International community should be informed about fate of Mr. Karim Farkhapour an Iranian political refugee who is at risk of deportation to Iran by Turkish authorities; if such disease happened his safety will fall in danger and ill-treatment, harassment, degrade his dignity, torture and precisely execution waiting for him.
In a few days before Mr. Karim frequently interrogated by Turkish Security Forces (MET) and has been put under pressure that he is allegedly representative of Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI) in Turkey as well as has relationship with Turkish dissents.
The same pressures, put another high-profile Security Cases in danger of Refoulement such as gentlemen Ali Jawanmardi and Heydar Ebrahimi who have the same precedent about political activities against Islamic Republic of Iran.
The mentioned names, especially Mr. Karim Farkhapour were member of PDKI for a long time in northern Iraq openly. Security Forces of Iranian Regime consequently plotted conspiracies to abduct or assassinate him.

Background information:

Recent campaigns led by Iranian government's forces against the forces of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) residing near the western borders of Iran have also become cause for fear. As reported, since June 1, 2004, when the Party has called off its unilateral ceasefire, fighting has increased in south-eastern Turkey. Iranian soldiers have reportedly killed several members of the group so far. According to both Turkish and Iranian press, Turkish authorities have been extremely pleased with the Iranian government's campaign. There have also been an unusually large number of meetings in recent months between Iranian and Turkish officials in both countries. The Iranian ILNA News Agency reported on July 12, 2004, that Iranian security officials were travelling to Ankara to attend the tenth meeting of this High Security Commission and to sign an agreement in this regard. The High Security Commission was established between Turkey and Iran in 1988 to, among other things, coordinate their efforts against and exchange information about terrorism. on July 2004, Turkish Prime minister travelled to Iran to sign security protocols among other things. Turkey and Iran signed a security agreement pledging to jointly combat Turkish Kurd rebels and anti-Iranian fighters., said AFP on July 31, 2004. Thus, Iranian refugees fear that they will be forcibly returned for reciprocity. In another development, Iraq has accused Iranian forces of entering Iraqi territory and shelling Kurdish rebel positions in the north on 30 April 2006 . Iranian troops bombed border areas near the town of Hajj Umran before crossing into Iraq, the defence ministry in Baghdad said on Sunday. It said the Iranians targeted the PKK, a Kurdish group that has waged a 15-year insurgency against Turkey. The PKK is believed to have links with anti-Iranian Kurdish fighters. There are no details on casualties. The Iraqi defence ministry also says Iran launched a similar attack on Kurdish rebel positions in the same area on 21 April. There are no reported comments from Tehran on either of the alleged incidents.
Turkey signed both 1951 Convention and 1967 Protocols which strongly recommended all countries NOT deport any refugees to a country where their dignity are in danger and they probably prosecuted and persecuted.
In addition Turkey is member of International Convention of Political and Civil Rights what reserve the human rights.
We request all organisations and human rights defenders to be inform about Mr. Karim's dignity as well as Mr. Ali Jawanmardi and Mr. Heydar Ebrahimi, and recommend Turkish government to fulfil its obligation about reservation human rights, and permit UNHCR to resettle them as soon as possible in western countries as well as another some 1200 Iranian Kurds political Refugees who stayed in Northern Iraq for varied times.
